Christine Mathews Consulting, A OneDigital Company, is pleased to offer the CMC Management Training Program for people managers.
The CMC Management Training Program will take place for 3.5 consecutive months in 2-hour virtual training format. This program supports the professional development of our clients’ people managers in becoming stronger managers and leaders for their organizations. The training program is open to both new and experienced managers. Due to limited availability, the CMC Management Training Program will be open to the first 25 managers who enroll.
The training modules build upon each other and are taken in sequential order. Each session will have pre-reads and pre-work provided to participants 1 week prior to each session. Participants will leave each session with an action plan for practical application of the skills learned.
There will be additional options for participants to upgrade the program by adding on group coaching check-in sessions and/or individual coaching check in sessions between trainings to deepen the learning and practical application of techniques.
