OneDigital Acquires Christine Mathews Consulting, Marking Its Largest HR Acquisition
ATLANTA, GA – June 22, 2021
OneDigital, the nation's leading strategic advisory firm focused on delivering health, retirement/wealth, and HR solutions for employers of all sizes, today announced it has acquired Christine Mathews Consulting (CMC).
Founded in 2005 and based in San Francisco, CMC provides people consulting services to small companies in the life sciences and high-tech industries ranging from one-person consulting HR leaders to full interim teams for fast-growing startups. The company serves as a strategic HR partner to organizations in these high-growth industries, with some customers progressing from one employee to IPO in just a year. With the acquisition, 65 CMC team members and 140 customers will transition to OneDigital.
